About Appointments
Appointments at Sawayaka Dental Clinic are by reservation only (with the exception of emergency patients and new patients who do not require a reservation to be seen), so please call us before visiting the clinic.
Please help us to reduce unnecessary waiting time for patients and to ensure that sufficient time is available for treatment.
A Request from Sawayaka Dental Clinic
In order to ensure a smooth and convenient experience at our clinic, patients with reservations will receive priority for treatment. The team at Sawayaka Dental Clinic works hard to provide the best possible treatment for all of our patients and we appreciate your cooperation in achieving this.
Changing or Cancelling Appointments
Please contact us at least two days in advance if you must change or cancel your appointment. You will be asked for your patient number when calling, so please have your patient card ready.
Arriving Late to an Appointment
If you arrive at the clinic later than your scheduled appointment time, there may be less time available for your treatment or we may be unable to carry out your treatment as planned. Please make sure to be in the waiting room at your scheduled appointment time.
